Well, I struggled a lot to find a high-quality matcha powder, until finally, I discovered Ippodo.
This Japanese company has a long history in the matcha business and they offer several types of matcha powder in all sorts of depth in flavor.
I chose their recommended Horai which is rich and smooth. The green is very intense, the aroma is fresh and grassy, and the taste is perfect to make ceremonial style matcha or a rich and creamy latte.
I decided to add some vegan whipped cream to make my drink extra special! #veganin2020
