Review of Tira-Miso Good at Well Loft by waisum
An adaptation of the classic Italian dessert made with vanilla sponge cake and coffee ice cream. No alcohol in this one (certified XVX!) but the highlight here is the sweet cream infused with miso — very interesting, mildly salty and has an almost buttery flavor that combines beautifully with the ice cream cake.
