Spinach lentil patty & spiced plum chutney:
The flavours in this was a bomb. I couldn't really identify the spices used but it was flavourful. The texture in this was well executed with a lot happening at the same time. There wasn’t any bean-y aftertaste from the lentil but I could feel the grainiest from it.
