My family has been ordering batches of Ang Ku Kueh - which translates to red tortoise cake - soft, sticky glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around different fillings! A mung bean paste for the yellow one, sesame peanut for the purple, and coconut in green! The food colouring used is 100% natural - from sweet potatoes and pandan juice! 😋
