Review of Miso-Kombu Soup with Shimeiji Mushroom & Lotus Seed at SUFOOD Singapore by applepancakes

woah okay so this was really comforting and really good!! had a slight miso flavor but it was slightly overpowered by the kombu and all the other things in the soup which I didn’t mind bc sometimes miso can get a bit too salty!! this was just right and the stuff inside included lotus seeds (lian zi I think) and shimeji mushrooms and some konnyaku too!! really warms us up hehe love it
