Saturday morning breakfast vibes. 
Latke Duo (R71) 
Latkes = potato cakes! Sheer perfection! 
One with vegan cream cheese and smoker carrot lox, the other with sautéed spinach and creamy pulled oyster mushrooms from The Conscious Kitchen in Observatory. 
They were kind enough to make me two of the carrot lox ones as #hedoesnteatmushrooms
