I’m new to cooking with jackfruit, so still getting to grips with it. It has quite a juicy texture and I’ve found it doesn’t soak up flavour as well as I’d like but I’ve been cooking with it straight rather than marinating it so I’ll try that next. Nice that this product is readily available now in the UK!
