Their vegan pizza is really good! The cheese is pretty decent, which is a compliment for vegan cheese. I wouldn’t suggest a plain cheese pizza because you do kinda need stuff to distract from the vegan cheese though. Every now and again you will take a bite that has too much cheese and it’ll have a weird texture or taste off and you will remember it’s vegan cheese. Just put stuff ontop though and it’s fine!

Blaze Pizza is a Pasadena, California–based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel in 2011. The chain's first location was opened in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain serves made-to-order pizzas, with a choice of various sauces and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of three minutes. The only piece of cooking equipment inside each of the restaurants is an oven.
