
I got this product to make a Spinach Ricotta Wrap. This was my first time working with this product, also first time working with Puff Pastry dough (which is why I had difficulty with it looking like it should!) As you can see it opened up on me 😒 oh well! It was easy to work with. Unrolled easily. The pastry dough is Vegan. They use palm oil (from sustainable sources) instead of butter. I turned out very delicious. It ended up being like a cross between a pizza and a danish. Nice flakey crust. I will definitely be using this product again.
