luciacev Thank you! It is actually very easy: I boil the greens and some potatoes while I rinse the beans. When the greens and the potatoes are soft, I add 3/4 of the beans to the pot. In a small pan, I cook some onion and a clove of garlic in olive oil, I add some paprika and I blend it with the remaining beans and some of the boiling water. I add that mix to the pot and that's it😋 Let me know if you try it!1 likeReply
