La Sopería

Un plato simplememte delicioso. Si tienes suerte al llegar al local te puedes encontrar con el chef y que te cuente del plato. La bechamel muy cretaiva con toques de apio, las berenjenas levemente picantes. Muy sabrosas para acompañar con un vino.
