Review of Seaweed Roll at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by likiminaj

The cashew cream was fantastic! It was sour, creamy and went really well with the taste of the seaweed. My only complaint would be that this definitely needed rice to carry the dish. It was also falling apart a little probably because there was no rice to bind it together. I’m not sure if I would recommend this or not 😅
