Indonesian Style Tempeh Lettuce Wrap at Planted PDX — pdxveg's Review (Nov 4, 2020)

This consisted of wok-seared tempeh bits coated in a sweet and savory tamari glaze served over a sticky rice patty. It was very flavorful and had a satisfyingly crunchy texture. Served with a small side of house slaw. (GF)
