This soya mince is much lighter than other brands I've bought which I actually prefer. The grains (if that's what you call them) are also a bit bigger.
Easy to cook and absorbs the flavours nicely. Whipped up a quick mince curry with rice.
Unfortunately the packaging is not recyclable.
