Review of Kampong Jam at SaladStop! by amindfulmiao
Featured on their seasonal menu is the Kampong Jam quinoa bowl. A mix of roasted shiitake, quinoa patties, cherry tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and complementary herbs: Thai basil, parakeet, dill. I customised this bowl by opting out the tamarind vinaigrette and added tofu and roasted pepper hummus. A good serving size and delicious, it’s already on next week’s lunch plans.
