Hitokuchi Kori Tofu by Misuzu — meltingpotatoes's Review (Oct 25, 2020)

Bought these lovely Japanese freeze dried tofu from don don donki. They kinda remind me of tau pok because they are similarly sponging, soaking up any soup they are added to. It’s rough texture wise(again. Like a sponge) and very different from tau pok or other tofus. I like to cut it into tiny pieces to add to soup :) #veganisnotscary
