The friendly Grind staff deconstructed it for me. I asked for no extra olive oil drizzle because sometimes I find Grind’s dishes to be quite oil heavy.

Your deconstructed version looks great😍! The oil drizzle does make this dish a lot heavy. The funny part is that for me I would say too much oil about everything in Lexi's menu😜... In general I think that no vegans panic and think it will be tasteless without using a lot of oil.
