Review of Family Bean Curd at Loving Hut by pdxveg
This consisted of sauteed bean curd, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, red and green bell peppers, napa cabbage, baby corn, water chestnuts, and onions. Served with brown rice. This was a wonderful mix of healthy veggies and plant-based protein. It was labeled as spicy, but wasn’t overly so, just a bit of heat from the red pepper flakes
