No special occasion, just saw that Wholefoods had this available so I grabbed one! She's quite expensive, but definitely delicious and will last 4-5 meals! I cooked in the oven as per directions, with garlic, onion, potato, and other random veg. Lots of veggie broth to keep it from drying out. Really delicious, might get another for xmas 😁
