Rollito De Cacao

Pumpernickel Artisan Bakery

Este rollito de cacao y avellanas no me ha gustado tanto como el de canela. A la masa le falta jugosidad, al rollo en sí quizás algo más de endulzante para contrastar con el cacao amargo. No he notado las avellanas. De todas formas, se nota que es un dulce artesano y sano y eso es algo que diferencia a Pumpernickel de otros pasteleros.
