I really wanted to try a Wellington before Xmas comes along. This one was in Waitrose (England) in the vegan freezer section.
It is small - serves 2 people according to packet but as part of a roast we stretched it to 4 (one slice each).
It is beautifully presented and tastes great, and it holds it's shape. Non vegans loved it too.
