Review of OMG kashew tumeric scramble bagel at PLANTA Saigon by floriance

I really loved the garnish of this bagel (kashew cheese, caramelized onions and tomatoes...), a little bit less fond of the bread (they ran out of sourdough bread so they used the almond flour bread instead).
