Review of Fishless Slaw Burger at nomVnom Bistro by plantbasedlifestyle

Nomvnom has come up with their new fishless burger. I got this on their promotional price (not sure if it is still on). This was made of konjac patty topped with purple coleslaw and the green lettuce (pretty outstanding in this photo 😂). The konjac patty itself was pretty plain in a positive way as konjac is meant to be tasteless which also means that they made it as natural as possible 😉. However, it does goes very well with the purple coleslaw here and it was the one that brings out the actual taste of a real fish burger! My guess is that we might have been accustomed to the usual tartar/salad sauce that comes with the fish burger instead of the actual fish. Overall, a new creation well done 👍. Also happy to see that fish alternative instead of the usual beef around!
