I have added roasted miso eggplant and it was the best thing I have tasted since going vegan! Like seriously. These bowls never looked tasty to me, only healthy. Boy, was I wrong! I will go back again and again for this specific meal. It truly was amazing! I took the photo a bit too late, it was beautifully presented.
