Lox Bagel at The Cider Press Café — Jeannie's Review (Oct 16, 2020)

This lox bagel is completely vegan, believe it or not. It's served on an everything bagel with cream cheese (Violife, I think), red onions, capers, and arugula. It was pretty spot on in terms of look and texture. The "lox" itself wasn't super flavorful, just smoky. Most of the flavor came from the veggies.
