Chow Mein at Panda Express — Mallory's Review (Oct 16, 2020)

I know I order this a lot, but there aren’t many restaurant vegan options around here, plus this is soooo good! It’s greasy and delicious. I had some of it for lunch, then for dinner I cooked up some gardein mandarin chicken bites but instead of the included sauce I used some Panda Express sweet n sour sauce mixed with soy sauce and mixed it with some leftover chow mein. So good. #veganisnotscary
