Review of Vegan Buttery Sticks - Earth Balance by lucyfoxx

Just like the box says... they are great for baking! Made some buttery cornbread a few weeks ago and the Earth Balance really made the difference in flavor (previously used the same recipe but with coconut oil instead and it was not nearly as good as with the Earth Balance). Also works great for making icing, putting on toast, or any other way you would use butter. #veganisnotscary
