THIS DISH WAS FANTASTIC! The corn nachos were topped with turmeric cheese (delicious) sour cream, chili con quinoa, pickled vegetables and amazing guacamole. This was also a very generous serving, packed with flavor! I would highly recommend #veganisnotscary
