This dish is Amazing!!

The chef of this restaurant had made this in advance from a booking I went with my family. The Newbridge on Usk are very friendly for vegans and offers any of their vegetarian dishes that can be vegan, or create an exclusive dish that isn't on their menu through an advanced booking.

Really wish they add this on their menu, as I highly recommend it to anyone, with a side of mint sauce 😅😋.
