Although this is called miso soup, it is a typical Japanese set, with soup, seasonal blancjed vegetables, and a brown rice with furikake (seaweed with flavours sprinkle on rice) The soup is particularly wholesome with different types of seaweeds, some veg and mushrooms. Although there is nothing special, it is filling and is low in salt and seasoning for those like me who dont always like heavy sauce and flavour, and preder nature's natural subtle flavours, or thr taste of good quality vegetables.
