Review of Extra Smooth Silken Tofu - Fortune Food by simonel
This silken tofu made the most amazing French chocolate buttercream! The consistency is perfect for adding a wonderful creaminess to the whipped buttercream without affecting the flavour. First time I've used silken tofu and I'm so impressed by it's versatility.
