Review of The One And Only, Parmigiana Party at Purezza Brighton by magpie

Really good tasting pizza. The toppings were well selected and complimented eachother well. The cheese is slightly smoked- but not overpowering, and the basil is perfection. I found the tomato sauce to be a little sweet, but that is just personal preference. The only thing that let this pizza down in my opinion was the base. The sourdough wasn’t quite sour enough, and it was very aerated at the crust but thin in the middle. I personally prefer a crunchy thin base- but others would disagree- so don’t be put off as this place is a FULL VEGAN MENU
