My daughter goes to ION specifically for these. We’ve had them as add-ons to the kale salad or stand alone (like here). They coating is crispy and the whole crab cake is really delicious.

It was amazing!! Never thought of putting them on salad though, I’ll definitely try it next time! ☺️
