đź’š After trying quite a few flavours of the snow skin moon cake from the Uncle at Dongshan Bakery, I wanted to see if there were any more I have not tried since it is the last day of the annual Moon Cake Festival.
đź’š This is by far the BEST flavor among all the ones I rated 5 stars. The pandan is so fragrant, the lotus paste filling is smooth, the sweetness is just right. The pine nuts arr generous. It is so good I ate two pieces at one go.
đź’š The series of snow skin moon cakes are all vegan. The lotus paste is imported just for this special season. He even showed me the box!
đź’š Told the bakery uncle I ate so many of his moon cakes. He just laughed & said drink more lemon water.
đź’š Lucky for me he had just 3 boxes left of the Pandan flavor. I bought one. But after I tasted this, I am like I should have bought all of them!
đź’š Now I have to wait til next year!
