my mom got this broth from walmart and made me a potato chowder with it. it was a great find! it made the soup creamy without having any dairy in it, but soy milk instead. i’m also glad this added a bit of protein to the soup we made as it only contained potatoes and other vegetables otherwise. #veganisnotscary
