Eryngii Mushroom Vinaigrette Congee

Botanict use healthier and natural ingredients that are free from meat, allium and MSG to prepare our dishes. We offer a selection of choices for vegan customers too.

A pretty interesting dish. The congee already had mushrooms inside the sauce so I was pleasantly surprised that there were fried mushrooms on the side. You can’t see the congee in my picture because I poured the sauce on top but that just shows just how much sauce they gave :)
