Review of Garlic Cucumber at 成都Chengdu by carachew

Ohhh this was deeelicious! 🤤Growing up in #China, garlic-smashed #cucumber has been 1 of my favorite cold dishes. You can tell that this dish had spent a good amount of time marinading in its sauces which made every bite so garliclicious. The extra raw #garlic bits on top were also specially seasoned with flavored salt giving those bites another flavorful depth to it.
