Spinach soup

Xuan Miao Vegan

Decided to have a light dinner and went for the soup without any carbs. But I added 3 dumplings for $1.50. 

The dumplings weren't very substantial (not the 'filled to the brim' kind) but still quite tasty. 

As always, the massive quantity of spinach is a winner!
