Review of Jackfruit - Biona by jbjumping

Jackfruit in a tin is great stuff. The fruit itself is difficult to cut and prepare so simplest to buy it from the tin.
It's a great pork substitute - I recommend eating it as a meat replacement in pulled pork recipes or with stuffing and apple sauce as part of a roast dinner.
Simple, tasty and filling. I bought mine from Waitrose and Aldi in the UK.
