Review of The Mc Jegger Muffin at The Beet Box Cafe by bandita

Made with their house breakfast sausage, a JUST Egg vegan egg patty, vegan cheddar cheese & garlic aioli on a toasted English muffin, served with tater tots & house Sriracha ketchup. Very savory breakfast that I will definitely get again. Cheese didn't really look or taste like cheddar, but it was so gooey and delicious nonetheless. I even enjoyed the little part that looks like it melted into their frying pan and got crisped. Tators tots were nice and crispy. The sauce for the tator tots had a nice little spice to it but something weird about the overall flavor. It made me wonder if it was spoiled. But the main part of this meal was so delicious and satisfying, that I won't knock any stars for that. I'd even try that sauce again, and if it still tastes the same, then I'll just ask for plain ketchup on future visits. This place isn't 100% vegan, but this Mc Jeffer Muffin is already vegan, so no need to ask for substitute.
