Review of Roasted Beetroot Hommus - Yumi's by amazinganne

I started liking beetroot when it is freshly eaten wih lemon juice & roasted. This roasted beetroot hummus is quite nice. It has a strong earthy taste. Cant really taste the "roasted" flavour. I eat it with crackers, chips, bread or wraps. It is quite nice when added to pasta, but just not too much or the taste is quite strong.
