Review of Chicken Cutlet Noodles at Bodhi Deli 菩提斋 by applepancakes

$4! omg OKAY so when we first tried the chicken cutlet we were so. confused. we had to double check that we were in a vegetarian restaurant HAHHAHAH non-veg bf was IMPRESSED at how similar it was to chicken. the skin was so crispy, the insides were so TENDER. looks like layered beancurd skin plus a little yam maybe? like yam ring but it could be pulled apart with all the fiber looking things. flavour was ON POINT. the noodles tasted like wan ton mee, with some beansprouts!! the veggies were also really good!!! dish was a little oily overall though. soup given was also the herbal kind!! overall highly recommend!! just not the healthiest
