I bought this to put in wraps to take to work thinking it was just seasoned meat substitute but it’s actually quite strange - ‘chicken’ pieces with frozen veg and frozen sauce which you cook to combine... it’s really nothing special and personally I would prefer to chop my own fresh veg and use my own sauce to put with a fully vegan brand such as oooumph, but it’s good if you’re pressed for time
