This is insanely good & insanely cheap. It comes with both a pomade and a powder. I tend to use only the pomade as it allows me to draw individual hairs in with great precision for a dark and effective but natural looking brow which I like, but I think the powder helps darken and set them and gives a more seamless finish. I actually find the little brush this comes with okay to use, but you could always invest in a longer one if you find the length tricky. This is genuinely such a bargain and on top of that it lasts a really long time. I will definitely be re-purchasing
