Hearty Vegan Salad at Fika Swedish Cafe and Bistro — Wong YK's Review (Sep 16, 2020)

It is definitely tasty with the pesto sauce and with the addition of their gluten-free pasta, it can make up a meal. However, the choice of vegetables that goes into this Hearty Vegan Salad was not impressive to me that I would give it the name “Hearty”. Though it is really good to taste and is healthy, I was expecting a bit more. Maybe it’s just me 😝
