Delicious soy-based schnitzels in a creamy peppercorn-soycream-sauce with an aromatic topping of different mushrooms (for example shiitake, white mushrooms, chanterelle), onions and red and yellow bell pepper, and with a side of green beans and hearty hash browns. Good serving size, friendly service.
