Review of Spicy Udon Soup w' Fried Chicken at Nature Cafe by leizy

[$6.50] pretty good but underwhelming compared to the menu photo. soybean broth (similar to yong tau foo soup) is just a little bit spicy, a bit bland for my taste. wish it was more flavourful, maybe with a miso base and some chilli oil.

because there’s too much soup, the fried chicken is immediately soaked and no longer crispy. would prefer if they separated the chicken instead. the breading did taste like fried chicken though.
