vegan mimosa at Spicchi d'Autore — shoey's Review (Sep 13, 2020)

this is something I had not eaten for YEARS and oh boy, the taste is exactly like how I remember it!
the mozzarella and cream used make the pizza moist enough and you can keep the crust wet by 'dipping' it in what drips out of the slice. the ham substitute was really tasty and with a good texture.
the real neapolitan pizza dough was of course DELICIOUS...this pizza place has a lot of vegan options and the staff are lovely, the service is great.
the price is a bit high for neapolitan standards (but the place does advertise itself as a gourmet pizza place) but the quality makes it worth it...and compared to uk standards is definitely cheaper!
I strongly recommend it!
