Review of Quiche at Epif by pdxveg
This was made with vegan eggs, vegan mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and chives, and drizzled with citrusy-pepper (ají limo) sauce. Served with a green salad. This was fantastic! It was so much better than any non-vegan quiche from our past. You absolutely will not miss chicken’s eggs or cow’s milk!
