Review of Adobo Bowl at Ichiza Kitchen (Temporarily Closed) by pdxveg
This is a delicious vegan version of the traditional Filipino stew: vegan chicken marinated in coconut vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, black pepper, carrots, garlic, and onions over a bed of short grain brown rice with peppered tomatoes and calamansi citrus dressing. This was flavorful and satisfying, and the vegan chicken was convincingly realistic. As they point out “fake meat saves lives!”
